Welcome to Norden House

Paul and Giselle Clarke would like to offer a warm welcome to guests old and new at Norden House Hotel and licensed restaurant.

We hope you have an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Norden House is a former Georgian Farmhouse now renovated to a high standard.  Set in its own grounds, it is situated in the heart of the Isle of Purbeck, large parts of which are designated heritage sites, and Jurassic Coastline.

Although surrounded on all sides by farmland and stunning countryside, it is also within easy reach of 'civilisation'; the historic village of Corfe Castle is just half a mile down the road and the old port town of Wareham is just 4 miles away.

Further afield and easily accessible are Swanage, a seaside town, and Poole, which has the second largest natural harbour in the world. We are just 6 miles from Studland – well known for its beautiful sandy beaches and we are a similar distance from Kimmeridge Bay – famous for its fossils.

This is a family run business and is situated on a working farm; there is a “Pets Corner” where children accompanied by an adult can enjoy looking at and petting the animals.

We also have a touring caravan and camping site and a farm shop offering a selection of local produce and everyday items.
